Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons shallot minced
- 1 clove garlic small, minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley minced
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard Dijon
- 1/2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp Argan oil
- Salt and Pepper to the taste

Instructions
- Mix well all the ingredients except the oil in a small bowl. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in both oils until emulsified.
- Alternatively, place all the ingredients in a tightly covered jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
