Instructions
Mix well all the ingredients except the oil in a small bowl. Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in both oils until emulsified.
Alternatively, place all the ingredients in a tightly covered jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
