This is a delicious sweet couscous made with rice, sprinkled with cinnamon and accompanied by dried fruit (almonds)
1 (250 ml) cup of long grain white rice
2 tablespoons of argan oil (SULANYC extra virgin argan oil)
2 cups of boiling water
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons crushed almonds,
Sauté the rice in the butter and stir
until the color of rice turns slightly golden.
Add water and salt.
Mix, cover and cook over very low heat until water is absorbed.
Add sugar and mix well until sugar is completely melted.
Remove from heat and pour into a serving dish
Garnish with almonds and sprinkle with cinnamon.
