Moroccan Salad

Friday, August 11th was the hottest day in Morocco -ever!
122,7 Fahrenheit in Agadir was registered as an absolute record.
A nutritious tasty Moroccan salad is the best choice as it is a bit warm in the kitchen.
Ilham went to the farmer’s market to buy Lettuce, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Radishes, Cucumber, Onions, and Broccoli.
Just give them a fresh rinse under running water to cleanse them and cut into small pieces.
Tosh, add a dash of citron, culinary argan oil, and a pinch of grounded black pepper.
Plate visually attractive and let color and flavor speak for itself. Enjoy!
