Ingredients : 2 red peppers, grilled and peeled 2 green peppers, grilled and peeled 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 bunch of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of thyme 8 cl of argan oil 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon of cumin 1 teaspoon chili (optional)
Sauté garlic on low heat for a few seconds In a pan with vegetable oil. Add the vinegar and leave on a few minutes. Cut the pepper into long slices and add to the pan, followed by the herbs, spices and argan oil .
Cook till the vinegar has evaporated.
The pepper salad is served hot or cold
